Facilities – Balaclava
Established in 1982 as “The Body Building Center”, Body World Balaclava has undergone numerous renovations, expansions, and equipment upgrades over the last 25 years. Once a tiny single suite gym, Balaclava now host a spacious Cardio studio, Spin Classes,
multi-purpose room for boxing, yoga and pilates classes, and of course, a vast array of weights equipment, including linear bearing stations, free weights, and power racks.
